Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Pinback Button for a refund. After 30 days, we consider the order accepted, and no further returns or refunds will be processed.

Reasons for Return

We accept returns and offer refunds in the following situations:

  • The item delivered differs from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, size, or material).
  • The product you received does not match the description provided on our website.

Non-Returnable Conditions

To qualify for a return, the Pinback Button must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The items have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The original tags are missing.
  • The items have been used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If possible, please include photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  1. We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email.
  2. You just need to print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.

If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.

Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • We will cover all shipping costs, no additional cost to you.

Restocking Fee

  • There will be no charge for restocking in case of returns.

  • Do Not Return Without Authorization: Please do not return items without first contacting us for authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Lost Return Packages: We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost during transit. Be sure to use a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues.
  • No Refund Without Return: A refund will not be issued if we do not receive the returned package. Always provide tracking information to confirm the return.
